A. Session Fees
Client agrees to pay photographer the session fee which is due at the time of the session with $50 as a non-refundable deposit required to reserve your time-slot of the session. The remaining amount is due at the time of the session
B. Re-shoots / Refunds/ Cancelation
No refunds will be given, but you may reschedule your session. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, child behavior, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
C. Archive
Images will be delivered using online gallery. After 1 month, all images will be deleted from the photographer’s hard-drive, except If needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery of digital images.
D.Liability
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the photographer harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's actions, the child's behavior, or the use of props, decorations, or food items provided by the client. The client agrees to ensure the child's safety during the session, including supervising the child and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
