Please fill out this application form so that I can see if you and your work would be a great fit for my book coaching program, editing service, or writing membership. Also, please note that all information shared on this form is shared in the strictest of confidence, will not be shared publicly, and will be automatically deleted after 90 days. For "Pay It Forward" scholarship applicants in particular, however, some or part of the application answers maybe be shared publicly on social media platforms to further support fundraising efforts, but this shall not be done without the express permission of those who submit the form.
