Returns and Exchanges: I want you to be over-the-moon with your mermaid top! I want my tops to be your go-to tops! I also want to treat you right, like I would my best friend, and make sure you are truly happy with every purchase. If you feel like the top you bought is not the right fit for you, I welcome you to ship it back and I can exchange it for store credit. 6% commission for using my site is taken out of every sale and is not refunded to me after you purchase! It is also not given back to me if the item is returned. This makes the cost of returns difficult for my one person business to bear. While I may accept returns if I made a mistake of some kind, please know in advance that, due to this difficulty, I will more than likely request that you kindly accept store credit. Used items are not eligible for exchange or return. Please note all exchanges must be on items that have NOT BEEN USED and must have been purchased direct on mermaidkariel.com not second hand. Returns and or exchanges can only be requested if purchased with in 14 Days.
