  • GAME CHANGE REQUESTS:

    As per KBA By-Lays Rule 5c (Competition Fixtures)

    Where a team requires postponing or deferring a scheduled fixture, application in writing must be made to the KBA Operations Manager seven (7) days prior to the fixture date who will coordinate and respond accordingly. The KBA Committee may approve or deny an amendment. In the event that the request is denied, a forfeit shall be incurred if the game is not played as per original fixture.

    Should a suitable option not become available, the opposing team is not able to play a change time, or suitable referees be available, the request will be refused.

    Any changes outside the normal fixtured date holds the responsibility of the requestor to organise the requirements to hold the game, such as a suitable venue, day and time, time and scorekeepers.

    Any game changes MUST be played within the same week of the fixtured round but can be played before or after the fixtured game. 

    There will be NO changes to any scheduled Grand Final games, and any other final games will only be rescheduled with the Committee's prior approval.

     

     

    PLEASE NOTE: a game change should NOT be requested when you can fill in/pull up from ages/divisions lower.
