Kawaii Shop Manila Service Terms and Conditions

By affixing your signature to this contract, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Area and Setup Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a suitable area for the slime booth, including chairs for assistants and a table area where children can play with the slime.
Service Schedule

Ingress for the event will commence one hour before the scheduled event start time. The allowable duration of service is four (3) hours from the commencement of the event, or until package has been fully consumed.

2. Transportation Fee

An additional fee of (To be calculated upon invoice) will be levied to cover transportation expenses, encompassing delivery, hauling, fuel costs, and toll fees.

3. Payment Terms

A down payment amounting to 50% of the total contract value is required upon signing this agreement. The final payment is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.

4. Cancellation and Rebooking

Cancellations made seven (7) days or less from the scheduled event date will result in forfeiture of the down payment. In the event of a change in the event date occurring prior to seven (7) days before the original date, a rebooking fee of 20% of the total contract value will apply.

5. Force Majeure

Kawaii Shop Manila shall not be held liable for any acts of God, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., floods, typhoons, earthquakes), that may lead to the cancellation of the event. In such instances, both parties shall make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service, subject to availability.
Limitation of Liability

Kawaii Shop Manila shall not assume responsibility for any damages arising from the following:

a. Accidental consumption of slime or ingestion of charms by any individuals.

b. Staining of clothing or carpets due to its contact with slime.

c. Allergic reactions resulting from contact with slime containing borax or scents.

The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform parents and participants about these potential risks and to encourage responsible play when engaging with the slime.
