INDEMNITY FOR ATTENDANCE OF HOLIDAY BIBLE CLUB 2026 PRESENTED BY KNYSNA BAPTIST CHURCH
I hereby give consent that the above-mentioned child(ren) may attend Knysna Baptist Church, Holiday Bible Club from 30 June – 2 July 2026. Whilst all reasonable precautions and measures will be taken, I understand that attendance of this event, and by son/daughter/grandchild, are undertaken at the above mentioned child(ren)’s own risk and I/we indemnify, hold blameless and absolve Knysna Baptist Church, any of their staff, leaders or members, against all or any claims of whatsoever nature that may arise as a result of my son/daughter/grandchild attending the above mentioned event. I further request that the leader/s in charge act ‘INLOCUS PARENTIS” during this event. I understand that in case of any illness or accident where medical attention is required, the cost thereof will be my liability.
