Kingdom Builder's Family Life Center is a nonprofit organization is committed to changing the narrative for individuals, families and youth that are directly affected by Domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

We encourage the participation of volunteers who support our
mission and are willing to contribute. The information provided through this form will be kept confidential and will help us determine the
most satisfying and appropriate volunteer opportunity for you.

The cost for the background check is $54.50 and you are responsible for paying the fee.
      We use Colorado Fingerprinting to conduct the fingerprinting service. You must go to www.coloradofingerprinting.com or through the Colorado fingerprinting call center at 1-833-224-2227.

CBI Unique ID for our institution is 7897VECI.

Once appointment is scheduled, show up to the selected appointment time with approved identification to get fingerprinted. Colorado Fingerprinting will submit your prints to CBI and results will be sent to us.
      Once we receive the results, we will contact you for further instructions.
