***2 missed payments will cancel your reservation/package. All of your payments to Empire Dynasty Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
You must make your reservations in the name that is on your government issued identification you will use to check-in at the hotel.
Monthly payments are due each month. You are welcome to pay additional to lower your balance. However, we do not accept rollover payments to satisfy a future month payment.
Fresh Book or Wave Invoice
Payments made by Fresh Book or by Wave. The Fresh Book or Wave invoice sent to your primary email address provided during registration. The Fresh Book or Wave invoice sent one-time only. You are to retain the invoice to make payments.
Each guest is required to complete the client profile and return to our office. You may fax, scan the document directly into the computer (no photocopies allowed) or you may mail the paperwork to our office. Your package not finalized until paperwork returned to our office.

To verify we received paperwork, please view the notes section of the Fresh Book or Wave invoice. Anytime changes made we list the notes section.
We will allow a one-time name to change to the account. Each additional change is $25.00. Does not mean another guest may take over another guest payment due to cancellation.
All cancellations must be emailed by the guest requesting to cancel their reservation. No exceptions. We may only cancel a guest when two payments missed.
Monthly newsletters sent which includes payment reminders. Please make sure to read the newsletters as it may contain valuable information.
Late Fees/Reinstatement Fees:
We can only reinstate if we have availability at the current package price. Your selected package may not be available at the time of reinstatement. If canceled due to 2 missed payments or a deposit not paid to secure a package, your package may be forfeited in the event no availability. We have a no refund policy. If you fail to make monthly payments, a cancellation will follow the 2nd missed payment. All payments forfeited. No refunds and nonrefundable policy. No exceptions. Late fees charged the first of each month.
Only one booking form per room. For any updates or changes after submission of the form, please email them to email@example.com.
You are not guaranteed a specific bed type (2 double beds) if you have less than three guests in a room. Only those guest with 3 or 4 in a room will receive two double beds. With less than three guests you may receive a king bedroom.

Best Time to Arrive
To maximize your 2019 Las Vegas Spring Fling experience we recommend you arrive into Las Vegas on Thursday, April 25, 2019 by afternoon.
The designated group leader will be responsible for picking up your group’s package at registration.
Registration held Thursday & Friday, 12 PM-4 PM at the The LINQ Hotel Las Vegas. If you arrive after 4 PM on Thursday, you are welcome to attend registration on Friday. Registration is for picking up your package only. This does not include checking into the hotel. Please schedule your flights to arrive by 11 AM on either Thursday or Friday. We will be unable to extend registration. NO EXCEPTIONS. Valid picture ID
