On March 11th, 2020,
the World Health Organization
(WHO) declared Coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic.
As stated in our contract and the terms/agreement with you, we have both a nonrefundable, nontransferable policy.
terms and conditions
are made available on our site.
October 1st, we updated our policy for all new reservations to cancel and be provided a future travel credit voucher for payments made minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
March 10th, we updated our policy due to the Coronavirus to waive the cancellation penalty of $50.00 and to issue a full future travel credit voucher for all funds paid on the trip you wished to cancel.
The updated policy also included if you are considering canceling your trip due to the fear of the Coronavirus, we will waive our penalty fee and provide you a full premium voucher for all payments made before the cancellation.
The voucher can apply to future travel.
To provide a future travel credit voucher is standard within the travel industry to include travel agencies, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and entertainment companies.
If you have purchased insurance and elect to cancel you are required to file a claim before requesting a future travel credit voucher.
If your insurance claim denied, we ask for the letter of denial to fax to our office, and the premium voucher is issued.
This policy is to protect both the insurance company and our agency of fraud.
You are not allowed to seek credit from both the insurance company and the travel agency.
The travel voucher is good for five years.
In challenging times like this, our customer service is more important than ever, and we are committed to supporting you as we get through this together.
