Payment Details and Due Dates

Please read the following information regarding deposits, monthly payments, and the final balance due for your cruise booking with Empire Dynasty Travel.

Deposits

• Early Bird Holiday Special ($25 per person): This special rate is available until February 28, 2026.
• Standard Reduced Deposit ($250 per person): If you book on or after March 1, 2026, this deposit amount is due at the time of sign-up.
• Fully Deposited Status: Your booking is considered fully deposited once a total of $500 per person has been paid. Your stateroom number will be assigned only after this full deposit amount is received.

Monthly Payment Plan

Monthly payments will commence the month after your initial deposit is made.

• Due Date: All monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month.
• Calculation: Your monthly payment amount is determined by dividing your total room balance by the number of remaining months until the final payment due date.

 

Final Balance

The full remaining balance of your booking is due in a single lump sum on the final due date.

• Final Due Date: May 15, 2026.
• Please note: No exceptions or extensions can be made to this final due date.

 

Payment Processing & Invoicing

• Empire Dynasty Travel processes all payments directly to Carnival Cruise Line.
• You will receive a Wave or Reliabill invoice at the email address provided in your account.
