Join us for the Vendor & Craft Fair at the 2025 Knights of Columbus Car Show!
Be part of one of the area’s biggest community events, happening Saturday, October 3, 2026 in De Soto, Missouri!

Enjoy great foot traffic from car enthusiasts, shoppers, and families attending this long-standing community tradition. 🍔 Food will be served from the kitchen inside the KC Hall.

🔹 Outside Booth – $30 per spot (up to 3)

10x10 ft space
Must bring your own tables, chairs, and tent
Located in a grass field
Booths are side-by-side and back-to-back
No electric hookups available

🔹 Inside Booth – $40 per spot (Only 15 available, up to 2 per vendor)

13x10.5 ft space
Includes 1 eight-foot table & 2 chairs
Up to 2 extra tables available per booth for $5 each

Thistle & Hearth Mercantile - Handmade goods with a cozy rustic touch! Thistle & Hearth Mercantile offers handcrafted potholders, bowl cozies, coasters, can coozies, bookmarks, key fobs, totes, and more — perfect for gifting or adding a little charm to everyday life.

A&E Cozy Makes (BAKED GOODS) - I do homemade baked goods like bagels, gooey butter cakes, variety of cookies, muffins, banana bread, zucchini bread, homemade salsa, fresh bread, variety of jams. I also do candles and soap bars.

Krista's Country Kitchen (DRINKS)- We have fun drinks, such as flavored lemonades and flavored teas, we have kids drinks and dirty sodas. We also offer prepackaged bakery items.

H & N Magic Dough Co. - Kids play dough kits, sensory bins, painting crafts

Release of Liability

I hereby release Knights of Columbus #1185, private property owners, the KofC Car Show Committee, and its individual members from any responsibility for damage to the arts, crafts, food, or products displayed at my booth, as well as any damage to my personal possessions or any personal injury to myself. I also assume full responsibility for any injuries that occur at my booth. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned organizations and individuals from any damage or injury that may result from the sale or display of my products. Knights of Columbus #1185 reserves the right to accept or refuse any application.
