Before a Casper College instrument is loaned, the student must sign this standard agreement contract and pay an assessment fee of $100 per semester. The fee shall be paid either in the School of Fine Arts and Humanities office (MU 137) or Business Services, Gateway Building. This rental fee covers maintenance costs associated with normal wear.
If the instrument is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged the student shall be responsible for the fair market value of the instrument or the cost of repair (whichever is less), as reasonably determined by the instructor indicated below. A hold will be placed on the student's account if the responsibility is not met in full.
The instrument must be stored in its designated locker and not removed from the building. The student will be given a key to this locker at no charge. Should the student lose this key, a non-refundable $10 replacement key fee will be required.
Instruments must be returned to the designated studio instructor between 10 am and 2 pm on Thursday, December 9, 2021 for fall semester rentals and Thursday, May 05, 2022 for spring semester rentals.
