SWFL 2025 Adventurology Summer Camp Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Dream 2 Lead (D2L) at our upcoming Adventurology Summer Camp, taking place from August 8th & 9th. Our camp aims to empower youth aged 11-18 through a diverse range of activities, including sports, music, S.T.E.A.M. education, and arts. We are excited to have dedicated individuals like you join us in making this event a memorable and enriching experience for our participants.

Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities: As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our camp. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with the setup and breakdown of activities
Supervising and engaging with camp participants during various sessions
Helping distribute meals, snacks, and camp merchandise
Supporting our coaches and mentors in conducting workshops and clinics
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants
Volunteer Agreement: By signing up to volunteer with D2L, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commitment: You will commit to the hours and days you have agreed to volunteer and inform us promptly if any changes arise.

Conduct: You will conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times, adhering to D2L’s values and code of conduct.

Confidentiality: You will maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information you may encounter regarding participants and other volunteers.

Safety: You will prioritize the safety and well-being of all camp participants and report any concerns to camp staff immediately.

Liability: You acknowledge that volunteering involves inherent risks and agree to release D2L from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during your volunteer activities.

Photo and Video Release: You consent to the use of your image in photos or videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes.
Background Check: You agree to undergo a background check if required for your volunteer role.
