Once your form and total is complete, you can submit your order as follows, depending on your method of payment. If paying by check/US money order or Zelle - print off this order page.

By check/US money order, mail your payment to Keeshond Sunshine Rescue Foundation (KSRF), 4420 Mozart Avenue, Dayton, OH 45424-5968.

By Zelle, send the payment via your Zelle app to karen@ksrf.org and then email Karen Ramsey at the same address with the number of calendars and your mailing address to watch for your transaction.

All orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis and orders will be filled until our supply runs out. We generally fill orders within days of receiving the order and try to have them all mailed before the holidays if given sufficient time.
