    Complete the form below to show an interest in our membership service and to feedback on your preferences. For ease SummitElseMRG will be referred to from this point as "the group".

  • Please note:

    ALL members will need to be signed in and out with a contact telephone number every time.
  • How much would you be prepared to pay per term in advance (approx 12 weeks) Card payment preferred. This could be paid each half term by arrangement. Cash or Card payments available.*

  • Membership Rules

    1. Membership is available to anyone 8 years of age or older regardless of gender.

    2. No member/visitor is to leave the club, regardless of location, without the express knowledge of a leader and with a pre-agreed adult/family member.

    2.  NON Payment of membership fees will mean membership will be cancelled.

    3. Bad behaviour will not be tolerated and if it continues after two warnings (parent/carer informed) then membership may be cancelled without any refund.

    4. All projects remain the property of the group until formally released or sold.

    5. Parents/Carers are encouraged and would be most welcome to also stay and get involved, no experience necessary as full support will be given.  The more help we get the more young people can get involved.

    6. Parents/Carers who assist in the running of the club will be exempt from a membership fee unless required to keep the group solvent.

I also understand that my data will not be shared with any third party without my prior consent. If I indicate that I no longer wish to be involved my details will be removed from both within 7 days.*
