Quote Request & Processing Fee Policy – Tier-One Travel and Tour

All customer quote requests require a non-refundable processing fee as follows:

Up to 4 travelers – $40.00 processing fee
5 to 7 travelers – $55.00 processing fee
8 or more travelers – $100.00 processing fee
Once a quote has been provided, any adjustments will incur a $10.00 adjustment fee per change, per quote.

Booking & Refund Policy

At Tier One Travel & Tour, we charge a non-refundable booking fee to cover the time, expertise, and resources used in planning your trip. This fee is separate from the cost of travel services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).

The booking fee is non-refundable, even if the client cancels the trip for any reason.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations.

Extended Quote Validity & Additional Fees
If you do not book within 7 days of receiving your quote, we will continue working with you for an additional 14 days.
If you still decide not to book within that period, a new processing fee will be required to continue service. The fee will be based on the number of travelers:

Up to 4 travelers – $40.00
5 to 7 travelers – $55.00
8 or more travelers – $100.00
