Section 4: Sales Agreement / Terms
The Buyer agrees to purchase the puppy described above from the Seller for the total purchase price stated. A non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold the puppy and will be applied toward the final balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the time of pickup.The Seller guarantees the puppy is healthy at the time of sale. The Buyer has 72 hours after pickup to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If a serious genetic health issue is found, the Buyer may return the puppy for a replacement of equal value.The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, and veterinary attention for the puppy. This contract is binding upon both Buyer and Seller.
