Cancellation Policy Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled by the organisers for any reason (including weather or course conditions), all registered teams will receive a full refund of their entry fee. Team Withdrawal If a team chooses to withdraw after registering: • Withdrawals made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee. • Withdrawals made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund. • No-shows on the day are also non-refundable. Transfer of Entry Teams may transfer their spot to another team at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Refund Method All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
