Course Reinstatement
- $75 fee if within 12 months of course expiration date.(Must purchase course extension time also.)
- $150 fee after 1 year of expiration date (Must purchase course extension time also.)
- Not valid after 2 years of course expiration. Student must start over frombeginning and submit full payment with application.
