    (or willingness to obtain within 48 hours of hire)
    Current CPR & First Aid Certification
    Work authorization documents (Social Security Card)
    2–3 professional references

     Having these documents on hand will help to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.

     

    In accordance with Georgia Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) requirements, employment may be contingent upon:

    Background checks
    Verification of credentials and work history
    Drug screening (if applicable)
    Compliance with all state-required training and documentation

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    CNA / HHA Certification (preferred but not required)
    Experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital setting)
