  • NB— We currently offer a minibus service (school bus) from Runnymede PS and Cecilia CS, and a minivan service from Perth Ave PS. Children are picked up upon class dismissal by 2:55-3:05 in each school. All students and dropped off right in front of our entrance on Watkison Ave. by 3:30 PM.

  • Early Bird Discounts: we apply a 5% discount to annual fees if you sign your child up for daily attendance starting this September by July 31st.

    We apply a 5% discount for siblings.

    On PA days, before and Aftercare are offered at no extra cost for all families who have enrolled one child in our daily After-School Program.

    * Please note there won't be any class on the following statutory holidays:

    • Labour Day, Sep 01
    • Thanksgiving, Oct 13
    • Family Day, Feb 16
    • Good Friday, Apr 03
    • Easter Monday, Apr 06
    • Victoria Day, May 18

  • N.B. Should your child require an auto-injector for allergies (EpiPen) or have any particular health concerns, be sure to contact us at (416) 662-3960 before their first day attending the program.

  • Payment and deposit

    • Fees are calculated monthly based on the number of instructional days in a school year and prorated to exclude statutory holidays and PA days. Fees are inclusive of snacks, materials, and pick-up arrangement (if applicable).
    • Fees are payable in advance and no later than the first day of each month.
    • A one-month deposit is required to secure a spot for your child in the program in 2025-26.
    • 5% discounts apply on total fees for Siblings and Referrals all year round.
    • Payments and deposits can be made by cheque or e-transfer to our office address info@kidsfrenchschool currently registered for auto-deposit.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    • In case of cancellation(s) full refunds will be made provided parents notify us in writing by email or letter at least 30 days prior to the commencement date; partial refunds will be made if parents notify us within 30 days prior to commencement. In all cases, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
    • Refunds cannot be granted if a child is unable to attend the program on specific days due to illness, personal circumstances, or unforseeable events (e.g. snow days).

    Snacks and Transportation

    • Nutritious snacks are provided daily and fresh filtered water available at all times. Children are free to bring their own water bottle.
    • Transportation service (by minibus or mini-van) is offered daily from selected schools to our facility. Spots are attributed on a first come, first served basis. However, as general rule, priority is granted to children who attend daily.
    • Kids should be dressed appropriately for indoor or outdoor activities.

    Release and Authorization

    • I understand that the participation of my children in any activities may result in possible injury and I agree not to hold Ma Classe French Learning Inc., its directors, managers or any employees, liable in case of any harm and/or damage occurred during the program.
    • We kindly ask that all parents who have made their own pick-up arrangement from school to drop their child/-ren off at our facility by 3:30 PM and pick them up not earlier than 5:30 PM and by 6:00 PM at the latest.
    • In case a child is unable to attend the program on any day due to illness or any other personal circumstance, parents are kindly asked to advise our office by email at info@kidsfrenchschool.ca or phone at (416) 346-7261 as early as possible.
    • Kids' French School® expects a proper, respectful attitude from all children towards each other, instructors and staff, at all times and in any circumstances. We reserve the right to remove any student from the program in case of repeated disruptive, unkind or disrespectul behaviour.
  • Please complete all fields to the best of your knowledge and inform the office of any other vital information we should be aware of in the event of an emergency. Thank you.

    The following information helps us spread the word about our programs and grow our community. Please note we also offer a 5% Discount for any referral leading to registration in one of our programs.
