  • Eligibility

    As of 2026-27, our after-school program is open to students aged 4 to 9 enrolled in a French Immersion program, or children who demonstrate basic proficiency in the French language. We encourage all new families interested in beginner classes to inquire about our Saturday program.

  • Early Bird Discount: we apply a 5% discount to annual fees if you enrol your child in our after-school program for the whole school year (Sep 2026—Jun 2027) by May 31st.

    We apply a 5% discount for every additional sibling.

    * Please note the program won't be open during school breaks and statutory holidays:

  • PA Days and March Break 

    As of 2026-27, parents can opt to sign up for all PA Day camps at a 20% discount (or $70.00 per day) when they enrol their child in our after-school program. In that case, the price for all PA day camps is calculated monthly and included in the after-school fee.

    Like in 2026-27, PA day camp packages will still be offered at a discounted price (10-15% based on selection) to families who participate in our after-school program daily from Sep 2026 to June 27.

  • N.B. Should your child require an auto-injector for allergies (EpiPen) or have any particular health concerns, be sure to contact us at (416) 662-3960 before their first day attending the program.

  • Enrolment Process

    • We recommend booking a tour and discussing with the director prior to filling out the after-school application form. Feel free to contact us through our website (short form) or directly at info@kidsfrenchschool.ca to book a tour.
    • The second step is to confirm your pick-up arrangement or your eligibility for a door-to-door transportation service should you require one for your child to attend our program.
    • A first and last-month deposit is required to secure a spot for your child in our program and finalize registration. All payments must be made in full by July 31st for a September start, or in any case no later than 30 days before your actual commencement date.

    Payment and deposit

    • Fees are calculated monthly (per calendar month) based on the number of instructional days in a school year and prorated to exclude statutory holidays and PA days. Fees are inclusive of snacks, materials, and a pick-up option (if applicable).
    • Monthly fees are payable by cheque or e-transfer in advance and no later than the last day of the preceding month (e.g., Sep 30th for October).
    • A last-month deposit is required in order to secure your spot in our program, and the enrolment form must be completed in full and signed. 
    • We apply a 5% discount to annual fees for every additional sibling, and a 5% discount to the monthly fee following any referral(s) leading to registration in one of our programs.
    • Payments can be made by cheque or e-transfer to our office address info@kidsfrenchschool.ca currently registered for auto-deposit.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    • In case of cancellation(s) full refunds will be made provided parents notify us in writing by email or letter at least 30 days prior to the commencement date; partial refunds will be made if parents notify us within 30 days prior to commencement. In all cases, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
    • Refunds cannot be granted if a child is unable to attend the program on specific days due to illness, personal circumstances, or unforseeable events (e.g. snow days). 

    Snacks and Transportation

    • Nutritious snacks are provided daily and fresh filtered water available at all times. Children are free to bring their own water bottle.
    • We offer a door-to-door transportation service daily from selected schools to our facility. As general rule, priority is granted to children who attend the program daily and commit for the full school year.

    Release and Authorization

    • I understand that the participation of my children in any activities may result in possible injury and I agree not to hold Ma Classe French Learning Inc., its directors, managers or employees, liable in case of any harm and/or damage occurred during the program.
    • We kindly ask that all parents who have made their own pick-up arrangement from their local school to drop child(-ren) off at our facility no earlier than 3:20 PM and pick them up no later than by 6:00 PM.
    • In case a child is unable to attend the program on any day due to illness or any other personal circumstance, parents are kindly asked to advise our office by email at info@kidsfrenchschool.ca or phone at (416) 346-7261 as early as possible.
    • Kids' French School® expects a proper, respectful attitude from all children towards each other, instructors and staff, at all times and in any circumstances. We reserve the right to remove any student from the program in case of repeated disruptive, unkind or disrespectul behaviour, or should they require constant one-on-one support or supervision.
