While there is no minimum booking requirement, we recommend signing your child up for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks to maximize educational benefits.

For each camp week, please let us know if you require extended care. Extended care is offered at an additional cost of $10 per day (morning or evening) or $15 for both.

Optional Lunch program: you can also sign up for our lunch & snacks program for an additional $12.00 per day.

Multi-week booking discounts:

- 2-3 week booking: 5% OFF (use promo code 05ETE)

- 4-5 week booking: 10% OFF (use promo code 10ETE)

- 6-7 week booking: 15% OFF (use promo code 15ETE)

- 8+ week booking: 20% OFF (use promo code 20ETE)

We also apply an additional  5% discount for siblings and referrals.

Please note the pricing calculated below is indicative only— we will invoice you after we have reviewed your application and confirmed availability for each camp week. For new families: registration will be finalized after a short meet & greet at our facility.

Payment and deposit

• A deposit of $150.00 per camp week is required to hold a spot for your child. The balance is to be paid at the time of registration and no less than 30 days before the commencement date.

• Payments and deposits can be made by cheque or e-transfer to our office address info@kidsfrenchschool.ca currently registered for auto-deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds

• In case of cancellation(s) refunds will be made provided parents notify us in writing by email or letter at least 30 days prior to the start of a camp; in all cases, a $50.00 cancellation fee per week will apply until May 31st, and a $100.00 cancellation fee per week after May 31st.

• Refunds cannot be granted if a child is unable to attend a champ on specific days due to illness or any other personal circumstances.

• In the unlikely event of a camp cancellation due to low registration, a full refund will be issued.

Camp Policy

• Children bring their own lunch a refillable non breakable water bottle. Peanut or nut derivative products are stricly prohibited on our premises or during outdoor activities.

• Kids should be dressed appropriately for indoor or outdoor activities.

Release and Authorization

• I understand that the participation of my children in any activities may result in possible injury and I agree not to hold Ma Classe French Learning Inc., its directors, managers or any employees, liable in case of any harm and/or damage occurred during the program.

• We require that all parents drop off their child/-ren at our location by 9:00 AM and pick them up before or by 4:10 PM at the very latest. Kids' French School provides extended care at an additional cost between 8-9:00 AM and 4-5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

• In case a child is unable to attend the camp on any day due to illness or any other personal circumstance, parents are kindly asked to advise us by email at info@kidsfrenchschool.ca or phone at (416) 346-7261 as early as possible.

• Kids' French School® expects a proper, respectful attitude from all children towards each other, instructors and staff, at all times and in any circumstances. We reserve the right to remove any student from a camp in case of repeated disruptive, unkind or disrespectul behaviour.

• I hereby allow my child to participate in regular outdoor activities or outings in the City that be organized at times as part of a camp.
