Facilitator Application Form - Prisons
  • Facilitator Application - Prisons

  • We are so pleased you are applying to train as a facilitator with Kids Matter!

This form will help us get to know you and find out about the skills and experience you already have for the role. Our training will then build on that, whatever your starting point.

We know this is quite a long form and don't want you to feel worried by it! If you would like to talk through any of the questions, or be supported by someone while completing the form please contact Sophie Jackson.
