We occasionally take pictures or videos of the kids in action swimming or doing other activities for our Facebook Page. We hope to use these to keep parents and the community up to date on the happenings at the Kidz Aquatic LLC.

Swim Lessons Waiver Release of Liability

 As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Kidz Aquatic LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Kidz Aquatic LLC, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.

Assumption of Risk

I understand, agree, and acknowledge that there are risks inherent in sports activities conducted by Kidz Aquatic LLC, including but not limited to paralyzing injuries, brain injuries, and death. These activities may be of a hazardous nature and/or may include activities such as swimming, diving, a variety of strenuous exercise and physical activities. With the full understanding of the facts, I state that to the best of my knowledge, my son/daughter listed has no medical, physical, or emotional health conditions, which would hinder or prevent his/her participation in Kidz Aquatic LLC programs.

Payment Policies

Packages of 10

$150.00 Deposit is due at the time of registration the remainder of tuition is due in full by the first lesson. If you do not have payment in by 2nd lesson, we will not be able to continue teaching until payment is received. Otherwise, unless prior arrangements with Janine are made, your spot will be lost. If there are any discrepancies or reasons that the amount cannot be paid at the designated time, Janine will be available to bestow a negotiation. Deposit: Must be sent in within 7 days of reserving the class for your swimmer. If payment is not received in a timely manner, we will assume that the swimmer will not be in need of lessons and remove his/her name from the roster. There is a $25.00 charge for any checks returned by the bank. Tuition is due in full at the time of the first lesson. Tuition includes the class fee(s) and the Annual Family Administration fee (renewed each calendar year).

 Monthly Classes:

3-month minimum requirement 1st-month tuition and $15 family registration fee is due at the time of registration. If full payment is not in within 7 days of reserving the class for your swimmer. If payment is not received in a timely manner, we will assume that the swimmer will not be in need of lessons and remove his/her name from the roster. There is a $25.00 charge for any checks returned by the bank. Tuition is due in full at the time of the first lesson. Tuition includes the class fee(s) and the Annual Family Administration fee (renewed each calendar year). You are billed/invoiced on the 1st of every month.

Otherwise, unless prior arrangements with Janine are made, your spot will be lost. If there are any discrepancies or reasons that the amount cannot be paid at the designated time, Janine will be available to bestow a negotiation.

 We offer "KIDZ DOLLARS" to our families for REFERRALS. If you are new to Kidz Aquatic LLC and want your friend to receive a "KIDZ DOLLAR" worth $15.00 off their next session, please put their name. You too can earn "Kidz Dollars." 

Cancellation

Should for any reason the client and/or the instructor need to cancel a lesson, a 24-hour notice is required. Once the cancellation is approved, the lesson will be made up after the originally scheduled lessons have been met. If the client fails to provide a 24-hour notice, the lesson will be canceled with no makeup. All checks will be payable to Kidz Aquatic LLC. If the instructor fails to provide a 24-hour notice, the client will get one lesson free. There are NO refunds if you choose to cancel when already in lessons. In case of bad weather, please check with your instructor and the school to reschedule the lesson, with no cancellation penalty. Repeated use of this will only be honored at the discretion of the instructor and office.

 Policy

 There should always be a legal guardian present at the time of the lesson. Failure to provide a guardian will result in the cancellation of the lesson.

 Lessons and Coaching with Janine (Owner)

She works 7 days a week, during the summertime to get everyone in, so her afternoons on weekends mean a lot.  If you have lessons with her, you will need to understand that if some clients cancel she might call to see, to move you into that slot to be done sooner so she can get off earlier. So please be prepared to possibly have your lesson moved within an hour of your actual time slot on weekends.  If you would like weekends with Coach Janine. Otherwise, you will have to go with another employee of Kidz Aquatic, LLC.
