THINGS TO KNOW:

• WellFest will be on Sept 28th and 29th at Kigali Serena Hotel from 1-7 pm
• Vendors must be prepared to attend both days to maximise the event days and give the best experience for attendees
• Fill in the form as accurately as possible
• Fields marked with * compulsory
• To qualify as a vendor, you must be producing your products in Rwanda or Africa
• The deadline for applications and payments is Sept 2nd, 1800hrs
• Only those who apply and pay can be guaranteed a slot
• Payments are non-refundable

1). Solo vendor: 1 vendor

Cost for 2 days: Rwf 40,000:

Includes a table and chair in a space measuring 3x3m. Should you need extra tables and chairs, they should fit within the allocated space

2). Sharing vendor: 2 vendors

Cost for 2 days: Rwf 70,000

Includes 2 tables and 2 chairs in a space measuring 3x3m. Should you need extra tables and chairs, they should fit within the allocated space
