AGREEMENT
The vendor named above agrees to be present at the Schaefer Show on August 1, 2026.
Vendors may begin set up no earlier than 7:30 am Saturday August 1, 2026.
Vendors must not leave trash behind after leaving the property.
Vending spaces are on a first come first serve basis. All NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fees must be received no later than July 15, 2026.
The completed vendor registration form and associated fees MUST be submitted to reserve your space.
Schaefer Rod & Custom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
