  • Kingsway Markets Stallholder Application Form

    Our market operates every Saturday from 8am - 12pm. We alternate between two locations: Car park area in winter: May - Sept and the park next to Olympic Kingsway Sports Club from Sept - April. All stall holders require their own 3mx3m marquee, marquee weights and public liability insurance to attend. We do not guarantee product exclusivity, and there may be other stalls at the market offering similar or identical products. We are open from 8am - 12pm and setup is from 6.30am. The bump in details are emailed out on Thurs / Fri each week. You pay the stall fee on the day by cash or eftpos. If your stall requires power, you need to have your own generator. Power is NOT provided.

  • Our market is open every Saturday from 10 January 2026 - 19 December 2026.

    We are open rain, hail or shine and have not cancelled any markets since opening in 2019.

  • The weekly market is 8am - 12pm and the stall fees are paid on the day by cash or eftpos.  Setup is from 6.30am - 7.30am

    Marquee Food Vendor: $65
    Food Truck Vendor: $75
    Gift Stall (3m x 3m)  : $60
     

    Special Events - Each month we have a special themed event with extra activities, advertising & decorations.

    Christmas Festival Stall Fees 
    This event is from 8am - 2pm  
    Gift stalls & Gourmet food products: $90
    Food Vendors: $140
    Sweet Food Vendors: $100
    Our Christmas Festival includes various kids entertainment, Santa Claus, Christmas Fairies, Carols, Train Rides, Free Obstacle Course, Local Musicians & more!

    All food trucks must use their own generator. We do not provide power


    If you book in and need to change or cancel your dates, 1 weeks notice must be given by email to kingswaymarkets@gmail.com

    Stalls that do a NO SHOW will not be able to attend again in the future. We do not tolerate bullying or agressive behaviour, we expect stallholders to support and encourage each other and enjoy your time at the market.
