  • Kingsway Markets Stallholder Application Form

    Our market operates every Saturday from 8am - 12pm . We alternate between the car park and the park area next to Olympic Kingsway Sports Club in Madeley (Summer in the park). All stall holders require their own marquee, marquee weights and public liability insurance to attend. We do not guarantee product exclusivity, and there may be other stalls at the market offering similar or identical products. We are open from 8am - 12pm and setup is from 6.30am. The bump in details are emailed out on Thurs / Fri each week. You pay the stall fee on the day by cash or eftpos. If your stall requires power, you need to have your own generator. Power is NOT provided.

  • The weekly market is 8am - 12pm and the stall fees are paid on the day by cash or eftpos.  Setup is from 6.30am - 7.30am

    Food Truck Vendor: $75

    Themed Event Stall Fees:

    Food Truck Vendor: $85
    Coffee Van: $80
    Gift Stall : $70  (3m x 3m)

     

    Christmas Festival Stall Fees 
    This event is from 8am - 2pm
    Gift stalls & Gourmet food products: $90
    Food Vendors: $160
    Sweet Food Vendors: $130
    Our Christmas Festival includes various kids entertainment, Santa Claus, Christmas Fairies, Carols, Train Rides, Free Obstacle Course, Local Musicians & more!

    All food trucks must use their own generator. We do not provide power


    If you book in and need to change or cancel your dates, 1 weeks notice must be given by email to kingswaymarkets@gmail.com
    Stalls that do a NO SHOW will not be able to attend again in the future.
