• Glutes & Core Workshop

    1 weekly 45 minute session for an 8 week block. Focused training to build strong, shapely glutes and a powerful core. Learn to lift with intention: hip thrusts, squats, RDLs etc. Improve posture, strength, and control through progressive programming technique. Coaching and feedback. All fitness levels welcome. Small group setting = individualised attention and accountability.
