Join us for the Tiny Tycoon Market, a two-day outdoor event where young makers and kidpreneurs take center stage—selling handmade goods, crafts, and creative treasures from their own booths. It’s a fun, real-world way for kids to learn about business while connecting with the community!

 

We’re inviting kid crafters, young business owners, and junior artists to join this exciting market experience at The Village in Bremerton.

Dates: Saturday September 27, 2025

 Location: Moments in Bremerton 

 Event Time: 11 AM – 3 PM

 Vendor Set Up: Begins at 10:00 AM

 Tear Down: 3 PM – 4 PM

 Kid Vendors: $25 per day for a 6ft space (table NOT provided)

 Vendors must bring their own tent, table, and setup materials. 

All kid vendors must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Tiny Tycoon Market – Vendor Terms & Conditions

Saturday September 27

Moments in Bremerton 

 

1. Setup/Breakdown:

Kid vendor setup begins at 10:00 AM and must be completed by 11:00 AM.

All vendors must be fully set up and ready to go by 11:00AM

Breakdown may not begin before 3:00 PM and must be completed by 4:00 PM.

Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space and removing all trash and belongings before leaving.

2. Supervision & Booth Staffing:

All kid vendors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Booths must remain open and staffed for the full event hours of 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Kitsap Bazaar and The Village are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

3. Product Guidelines:

Vendors must submit photos of products with their application.

All items must be kid-made, handmade, or designed with adult help.

No mass-produced, resale, or MLM/direct sales items allowed.

Organizers reserve the right to remove any products not aligned with the event’s theme or standards.

4. Vendor Responsibility:

Vendors are responsible for the security and setup of their own booths and belongings.

Vendors will be held liable for any damages caused to the venue or nearby vendors.

All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly during the event.

 

5. Space Assignments:

Booths will be assigned based on layout needs and variety of vendors.

 

Special placement requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.

 

All merchandise and displays must fit within the 6ft space

6. Application & Acceptance:

 

Kitsap Bazaar reserves the right to decline applications that don’t align with the Tiny Tycoon mission or community values.

 

Acceptance emails will include payment instructions and event details.

7. Payment:

Booth spaces are $25 per day and must be paid upon acceptance to secure your spot.

 

All fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows.

8. Electricity:

 

No electricity is provided at this event.

 

Vendors must bring battery-powered alternatives if needed.

9. Music:

 

Vendors may play soft music within their booth as long as it does not interfere with other vendors or event activities.

10. Equipment:

 

Vendors must bring their own tent, table, and chairs.

This is a rain or shine outdoor event—come prepared for all weather conditions.

11. Weather & Cancellation:

The event will proceed regardless of weather. No refunds will be given due to weather, illness, or inability to attend.

12. Indemnification:

 

All participants agree to hold harmless Kitsap Bazaar, Moments in Bremerton, and event organizers from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Tiny Tycoon Market.
