    Bremerton Bites

    Small Town, Big Flavor – Battle of the Bites

    Location: The Village at Perry Avenue Mall, 1101 Perry Ave, Bremerton, WA

    Time: 5 PM – 9 PM | June 14. July 12th August 16. September 13th. 

    Vendor Fee: $60 per event (10x10 booths + 10x20 food vendors)

    Event Overview:

    Each month, food trucks and food vendors will compete in a themed food challenge. Guests will sample and vote for their favorite “Battle Bite” of the night. The winner gets a mini trophy, social media spotlight, and year-end bragging rights!

    Your Participation Includes:

    A 10x10 booth space (food vendors: 10x20)

    Access to power if pre-arranged (limited availability)

    Promotion on event social media and website

    Participation in the Battle of the Bites challenge

    BATTLE BITE CHALLENGE DETAILS: (not required to participate in market) 

    What’s a “Battle Bite”?

    Your featured competition item inspired by the month’s theme (e.g., Sweet & Spicy, BBQ, Street Food, Comfort Food). You’ll offer this item for a flat price of $8 to ensure fairness and accessibility for customers.

    Requirements:

    One clearly labeled Battle Bite item priced at $8

    Display signage: “This is our Battle Bite!” with a short description

    Optional: Display allergen info for transparency

    You may still offer your regular menu at your usual prices

     

    Voting: 

    Each customer who buys a Battle Bite will receive a voting token

    Guests vote at the central Bites Voting Station

    Winner announced online the following day

     

    Vendor Setup & Rules:

    Setup begins at 3:00 PM

    All vehicles must be moved from the market area by 4:45 PM

    You must remain set up until 9 PM unless approved early

    No generators unless pre-approved (limited access to power)

    Bring weights for tents (required—no stakes allowed on pavement)

    Event runs rain or shine

    September – Comfort Food Clash

    Bremerton Bites – Vendor Terms & Conditions

    Second Saturdays | June–September 2025

    5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    The Village (Old Perry Avenue Mall)

    2901 Perry Ave, Bremerton, WA 98310

     

    1. Setup & Breakdown:

    Vendor setup begins at 3:00 PM on event day.

    Vendors must be fully set up and ready to serve by 4:45 PM.

    Teardown begins after 9:00 PM and must be completed by 11:00 PM.

    Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash or debris.

     

    2. Staffing:

    All booths must remain fully staffed and operational from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

    The Village and Kitsap Bazaar are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise or display materials.

     

    3. Vendor Items:

    Food vendors must follow local health codes and regulations.

    Artisan vendors are welcome with handmade or original goods.

    No direct sales (MLM, resale, or mass-produced products) allowed.

    Vendors may be asked to remove items that do not align with the event’s theme.

     

    4. Vendor Responsibility:

    Vendors are responsible for any damage or loss to their property.

    Organizers are not liable for theft, fire, or weather-related incidents.

    Vendors must act professionally and not disrupt the event, attendees, or neighboring vendors.

     

    5. Vendor Spaces:

    Standard vendor spaces are 10x10; food vendors receive 10x20 spaces.

    Space assignments are based on flow, layout, and diversity.

    Special placement requests can be submitted but are not guaranteed.

    All displays must remain within assigned space boundaries.

     

    6. Acceptance:

    Kitsap Bazaar reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on alignment with the event’s mission.

     

    7. Payment:

    Booth fees are $60 per event and are non-refundable.

    Payment is required upon acceptance to reserve your space.

    No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or weather-related absences.

     

    8. Electricity:

    Electricity is not provided. Vendors must plan accordingly.

     

    9. Music:

    Low-volume music is allowed within your booth if it does not interfere with the event or neighboring vendors.

     

    10. Equipment:

    Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, and display equipment.

    Tents must be properly weighted for safety on pavement (no stakes).

     

    11. Weather & Cancellation Policy:

    This is an outdoor event held rain or shine.

    No refunds will be issued for inclement weather or personal circumstances.

     

    12. Indemnification:

    Vendors agree to hold harmless The Village, Kitsap Bazaar, and event coordinators from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from participation in Bremerton Bites.

    By applying to Bremerton Bites 2025, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
