Crafts & Drafts Market– Terms and Conditions
1. Setup & Breakdown:
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 2:00 PM on the day of the market.
Setup begins at 100 PM.
Breakdown may begin no earlier than 7:00 PM.
Early takedown is not permitted. Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash or debris.
2. Booth Staffing:
Vendor spaces must be staffed at all times during the event. Booths must remain intact until 7:00 PM.
Ridgeline Brewing and Kitsap Bazaar are not responsible for any merchandise, equipment, or display materials left unattended.
3. Merchandise Approval:
All vendors must submit a few clear photographs of their products upon applying. We reserve the right to ask for the removal of any items deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of the market.
4. Exhibitor Responsibility:
Each vendor is fully responsible for the safety and security of their own property.
We are not liable for any theft, loss, or damage.
Vendors are also responsible for any damages caused to the venue by their setup or activity.
Professional behavior is expected at all times—activities should not detract from the spirit of the event.
5. Booth Assignments:
Vendor spaces will be assigned prior to the event. Considerations include vendor flow, diversity, and overall event experience.
Please note any special placement requests in your application—we will do our best to accommodate.
Vendors must keep all displays and merchandise within the boundaries of their designated space.
6. Direct Sales Companies:
Direct sales vendors (e.g., MLMs) will not be accepted for this event.
7. Vendor Approval:
We reserve the right to decline any application if it is determined not to align with the event’s vision or goals.
8. Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full upon submission and is considered a non-refundable registration fee.
Spaces are not secured until payment is received.
9. Electricity:
Electricity is not available for this event.
Vendors must plan their displays and lighting accordingly.
10. Music:
Small personal speakers are allowed, but volume must remain low and respectful to neighboring vendors.
11. Tables & Chairs:
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and displays. Rentals will not be provided.
12. Cancellation Policy:
Application fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather, illness, emergencies, or other non-participation reasons.
If you are unable to attend due to a medical or family emergency, you may still be considered for future events at the discretion of the organizer.
13. Indemnification:
Vendor agrees to hold harmless Ridgeline Brewing, Kitsap Bazaar, and the event coordinator from any claims, losses, damages, or legal action resulting from participation in the Crafts and Drafts Market. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or injuries to persons, property, or merchandise, and any legal or medical fees incurred as a result
