Creepy Craft Crawl – Vendor Terms & Conditions 🕸️🎃

1. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup begins at 2:00 PM and must be completed by 4:00 PM.
• Vendors must be fully set up and ready to vend by 4:00 PM.
• Breakdown may not begin before 8:00 PM and must be completed by 9:00 PM.
• Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash/debris before leaving.
2. Booth Operation
• Booths must remain staffed and open for the full event (4:00–8:00 PM).
• Vendors are required to pass out candy to trick-or-treaters. 🍬
• The Downtown Bremerton Association and Kitsap Bazaar are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
3. Product Standards
• Product photos must be submitted with the application.
• All items must fit the Halloween, creepy, dark, or spooky theme.
• At least 90% of all items must be handmade, artist-created, or locally produced.
• No direct sales, MLM, resale, or mass-produced items are allowed.
• Organizers may request removal of items that do not align with the market’s theme or standards.
4. Vendor Responsibility
• Vendors are responsible for the security of their goods, displays, and equipment.
• Vendors will be held liable for any damage to the venue or neighboring booths.
• All vendors and staff must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
5. Space Assignments
• Booth spaces are 10x10 outdoor spaces at Quincy Square.
• Locations are assigned based on layout, flow, and product variety.
• Special requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
• All displays and merchandise must fit within the assigned booth space.
6. Application & Acceptance
• The Downtown Bremerton Association and Kitsap Bazaar reserve the right to deny applications that do not fit the event’s goals or community standards.
• Accepted vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions.
7. Payment
• Booth Fee: $75 per 10x10 outdoor space
• All payments are non-refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows.
8. Electricity
• No electricity is provided.
• Vendors requiring power must bring battery-powered alternatives.
9. Music
• Quiet, spooky background music is allowed in vendor booths, as long as it does not disturb neighboring vendors or market entertainment.
10. Equipment
• Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and setup materials.
• This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event—please come prepared for October weather.
11. Weather & Cancellation
• The event runs rain or shine.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather, illness, or inability to attend.
12. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kitsap Bazaar, the Downtown Bremerton Association, and all event coordinators from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or legal expenses arising from participation in the Creepy Craft Crawl.
