Plants & Potions Market – Terms & Conditions

1. Setup & Breakdown
Vendor setup begins at 2:00 PM.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 3:00 PM.
Breakdown may not begin before 8:00 PM. Early takedown is not permitted.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash or debris.
2. Booth Staffing
Vendor booths must be staffed at all times during event hours.
Booths must remain intact until 8:00 PM.
Ridgeline Brewing and Kitsap Bazaar are not responsible for merchandise, equipment, or display materials left unattended.
3. Merchandise Approval
Vendors must submit clear photographs of their products with their application.
We reserve the right to request the removal of any items deemed inappropriate or outside the scope of the Plants & Potions theme.
4. Exhibitor Responsibility
Vendors are fully responsible for the safety and security of their own property.
Ridgeline Brewing and Kitsap Bazaar are not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue by their setup or activities.
Professional behavior is required at all times; activities must not detract from the atmosphere or spirit of the event.
5. Booth Assignments
Vendor spaces will be assigned prior to the event.
Placement is based on vendor flow, variety, and overall event experience.
Special placement requests may be noted in your application and will be accommodated when possible.
All displays and merchandise must remain within the assigned space.
6. Direct Sales Companies
Direct sales / MLM vendors will not be accepted for this event.
7. Vendor Approval
Kitsap Bazaar reserves the right to decline any application that does not align with the event’s theme, vision, or goals.
8. Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of submission and is considered a non-refundable registration fee.
Vendor spaces are not secured until payment is received.
9. Electricity
Electricity is not available for this event.
Vendors must plan displays, lighting, and equipment accordingly.
10. Music
Small personal speakers are permitted, provided volume remains low and respectful of neighboring vendors and the brewery environment.
11. Tables & Chairs
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and display materials.
No rentals will be provided.
12. Cancellation Policy
All application fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, illness, emergencies, or other non-participation reasons.
Vendors unable to attend due to a medical or family emergency may be considered for future events at the discretion of the organizer.
13. Indemnification
Vendor agrees to hold harmless Ridgeline Brewing, Kitsap Bazaar, and the event coordinator from any claims, losses, damages, or legal action arising from participation in the Plants & Potions Market. This includes, but is not limited to, injury to persons, damage to property or merchandise, and any legal or medical fees incurred.
