Sips and Stroll – Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Setup/Breakdown:
Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM and must be completed by 3:00 PM.
Vendors must be fully set up and ready to vend by 3:00 PM.
Breakdown may not begin before 8:00 PM and must be completed by 9:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space and removing all trash and debris before departure.

2. Booth Staffing:
Vendor booths must remain staffed and operational during the full event hours of 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Kitsap Bazaar and The Village are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

3. Product Guidelines:
Vendors must submit photos of their products with their application.
At least 90% of all items must be handmade, artist-created, or locally produced.
No direct sales, MLM, mass-produced, or resale items allowed.
Organizers reserve the right to request removal of any items that do not align with the event’s theme or standards.

4. Vendor Responsibility:
Vendors are solely responsible for the security of their goods, displays, and equipment.
Vendors will be held liable for any damage caused to the venue or surrounding vendor spaces.
All vendors and their staff must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

5. Space Assignments:
Booth locations will be assigned based on layout, flow, and product variety.
Special requests may be submitted with applications but are not guaranteed.
Vendors must keep all displays, tables, and merchandise within their assigned 10x10 outdoor space.

6. Application & Acceptance:
Kitsap Bazaar reserves the right to deny any application that does not reflect the event’s goals or community standards.
Acceptance emails will include payment instructions.

7. Payment:
Booth fees are $60 and must be paid in full upon acceptance to reserve your space.
All fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations or no-shows.

8. Electricity:
No electricity is provided.
Vendors requiring power for displays or operations must provide their own battery-powered alternatives.

9. Music:
Vendors may play quiet background music within their own booths, as long as it does not disturb neighboring vendors or event entertainment.

10. Equipment:
Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and tent or canopy.
This is a rain or shine outdoor event—come prepared for the weather.

11. Weather & Cancellation:
The event will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, illness, or inability to attend.

12. Indemnification:
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kitsap Bazaar, The Village, and all event coordinators from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or legal expenses arising from participation in Sips and Stroll.
