Welcome to the Sunday Swap Meet at The Village! We’re excited to bring together local sellers, treasure hunters, vintage lovers, and community members for a fun day of shopping, selling, and supporting small businesses and neighbors.
Whether you're clearing out your garage, selling vintage treasures, handmade items, or secondhand finds, we’re happy to have you join us!

Spaces are limited and available on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Vendor Setup Time: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Breakdown Time: Begins at 3:00 PM
Please do not pack up early unless approved by event staff.

Vendors are responsible for providing:
Tent/Canopy (recommended)
Tables & Chairs
Tent Weights (required for safety)
Display setup
Extension cords if needed
Payment methods (cash, Venmo, Square, etc.)

Event organizers reserve the right to ask vendors to remove prohibited items.

Vendor Rules & Expectations
By participating, vendors agree to:
Stay for the duration of the event (10 AM – 3 PM)
Keep booth spaces clean and organized
Respect neighboring vendors and shared space
Keep walkways clear and accessible
Dispose of trash properly
Follow instructions from event staff
Failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from future events.

Weather Policy
This event is planned as a rain or shine event. Please come prepared for weather conditions. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, vendors will be notified of any changes.

Refund Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by organizers.
If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Space transfers may be approved at organizer discretion.
