The Enchanted Oddity Market – Vendor Terms & Conditions

Please review all terms and conditions carefully before submitting your vendor application. Submission of payment and participation in the event constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.
1. Setup & Breakdown
Vendor setup begins at 1:00 PM.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 2:00 PM.
Breakdown may not begin before 7:00 PM. Early takedown is not permitted unless approved by event management due to an emergency.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of trash, packaging, or debris.
2. Booth Staffing
Vendor booths must remain staffed during all event hours.
Booths and displays must remain fully operational until 7:00 PM.
Kitsap Bazaar and Ridgeline Brewing are not responsible for merchandise, equipment, displays, or personal belongings left unattended.
3. Merchandise Approval
Vendors must submit clear photos and/or descriptions of products with their application.
All merchandise should align with the spirit of The Enchanted Oddity Market, including mystical, botanical, handmade, spooky, whimsical, alternative, vintage, apothecary, oddity, or magical aesthetics.
Event organizers reserve the right to request removal of items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the event theme.
4. Exhibitor Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for the safety, security, and supervision of their booth, merchandise, and personal property.
Ridgeline Brewing and Kitsap Bazaar are not liable for theft, loss, damage, injury, or unforeseen incidents.
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to venue property due to their booth setup or activities.
Professional, respectful conduct is expected at all times. Behavior that disrupts the event atmosphere or negatively impacts guests, vendors, or venue staff may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Booth Assignments
Vendor placements will be assigned prior to the event.
Booth locations are determined based on vendor category, flow, spacing, and overall event experience.
Special placement requests may be noted during application and will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
Vendors must keep displays, inventory, and signage within their assigned space.
6. Direct Sales / MLM Vendors
Direct sales companies, multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses, and recruitment-based vendors will not be accepted for this event.
7. Vendor Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Kitsap Bazaar reserves the right to approve or decline vendors based on product category, event fit, space limitations, and overall market curation.
8. Payment Policy
Vendor payment is due in full upon acceptance and serves as a non-refundable registration fee.
Vendor spaces are not secured until payment has been received.
9. Electricity
Electricity will not be available for indoor or outdoor vendor spaces.
Vendors must plan displays, lighting, and equipment accordingly.
10. Music & Sound
Small personal speakers are permitted provided volume remains low and respectful of neighboring vendors and the brewery environment.
Event organizers reserve the right to request sound adjustments if volume becomes disruptive.
11. Tables, Chairs & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, displays, signage, tents (if outdoors), and booth materials.
No rentals or equipment will be provided by the event organizers.
12. Cancellation Policy
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, illness, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, emergencies, or inability to participate.
Exceptions for severe medical or family emergencies may be considered at the sole discretion of the event organizer for future event credit.
13. Liability & Indemnification
By participating in The Enchanted Oddity Market, vendors agree to release and hold harmless Ridgeline Brewing, Kitsap Bazaar, event organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, or legal actions arising from participation in the event.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Theft, loss, or damage to merchandise or personal property
Bodily injury or accidents
Property damage
Vendor negligence
Legal, medical, or associated expenses incurred during participation
Participation in the event indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
