Holiday Card Order Form

It's the gift that keeps on giving! Make a donation of your choosing to the Catawba County Partnership for Children in honor of a friend, neighbor, teacher, or family member, and we will send them a personalized holiday card and a bookmark acknowledging your thoughtful gift.

We have several designs to choose from. Please provide your choice of card and contact information below. Let us know if you have any special card requests. All donations are tax-deductible. Thank you for your support of the Catawba County Partnership for Children! All proceeds will be invested in a variety of early childhood programs, supporting local children and families.
