NOTE: This form is for Plus Only students, not Core students. Core students should contact dale@konos.org to register for Plus classes.

Space is limited in each Konos Plus course. Priority is given in this order:
1. Konos Core program students
2. Siblings of Konos Core program students
3. Returning Konos Plus Only students
4. Siblings of returning Konos Plus Only students
5. New Konos Plus Only students

Filling out this form does not guarantee acceptance in the course(s).

The $60 registration fees you pay with this form are not refundable unless a class is at capacity and cannot admit additional students, or a class is canceled for insufficient number of students.

Withdrawal from a KONOS Plus course before November 7th is permitted with no further obligation for remaining tuition payments (November tuition is required if drop request is after October 31st). Parents must notify Konos Academy directly if they wish to withdraw. After November 7th, the withdrawing family is responsible for 50% of the remaining tuition payments for the school year. All parents should consult with the Konos Plus teacher before withdrawing. The administration will drop a student from a class only after receiving confirmation from the teacher to proceed.

Students in Konos Plus courses are expected to abide by the Konos Parent/Student handbook including the code of conduct, dress code, and academic honesty policies. Students who fail to adhere to the code of conduct, dress code, or academic honesty policies are subject to dismissal from Konos Plus courses.

NOTE: Due to limited time, space, staff, and financial resources, Konos Academy is not equipped to accommodate special needs, learning disabilities, mental health issues, individual education plans (IEPs), and/or 504 plans (Konos receives no federal funding). Families needing accommodations for any of the above should refrain from applying for admission to Konos. All students must be able to do school work in class and take quizzes/tests in class without any accommodations.
