Before signing this form we ask that you read over the rules of the contest.

By signing this form you agree to the following rules.

- No Real Weapons allowed under any circumstances.

- All costume weapons and props subject to inspection.

- No fire, pyrotechnics, pressurized gases, or liquids.

- No messy substances wet or dry.

- No nudity.

- No Yaoi, Yuri, or Hentai.

- No excessive violence.

- No profanity.

- No sexual activity or contact, (real or implied).

- No harassment or making fun of other cosplay contestants.

- No destruction of other cosplayers costumes or props.

All contestants must follow KPAC and CreekCon rules and policies.

By registering for the CreekCon Cosplay Contest all participants agree to allow CreekCon to use their images for promotional purposes, both photographs and videos. Photos will be shown on KPAC and CreekCon's social media pages.*

CATEGORIES

Please state below which category you are signing up for.
Children's Cosplay, (Ages 0-12)Novice Cosplay, (Ages 13 and up), (0-1 Awards); This category is for new cosplayers or those still learning the craft.Journeyman Cosplay, (Ages 13 and up), (2-3 Awards); This category is for cosplayers who have outgrown the Novice category, but are not yet ready for Master-level competition.Master Cosplay, (Ages 13 and up), (4+ Awards); This category is for cosplayers at the top of their craft. Anyone may choose to compete in the Master category. This category includes the requirement that 70% of the cosplay is handmade, judging will heavily focus on construction quality.
Professional cosplayers may not enter Novice or Journeyman divisions. Cosplay Coordinators reserve the right to move a contestant into a more competitive division based on skill and experience.

Contestants may choose to compete in a higher division but may not request to move into a lower one if a placement inquiry has already been made.

Each contestant must agree to the aforementioned rules listed above, along with abiding by the general cosplay rules listed beforehand.
