PHOTO/VIDEO WAIVER - I, the undersigned, authorize the Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre (KPAC) and its staff to use any photo or video of myself or my dancer taken during class time, rehearsals, and performances for the purpose of marketing and promoting KPAC. This includes, but is not limited to, use in printed materials, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), the City of Dawson Creek Leisure Guide, KPAC brochures, and the KPAC website. Please Note: KPAC utilizes photo and video programs; by selecting NO, I understand that I may not be able to participate or be included in certain group activities that are recorded or photographed.
