When it comes to manufacturer warranty coverage, everything is not necessarily cut and dry. Many owners have experienced difficulties or extended wait periods when trying to get service regarding a claim. During this time period, problems with their roofing system often worsen.
When you have a leak, it always gets worse - allowing more water inside the building each time it rains or snows, until the core issue is resolved. This results in a more costly repair. After a long wait, owners often find that they are only partially covered - or even worse, not covered at all by their warranty.
We recommend enrolling in our twice annual, Loyalty of Toto - Maintenance Program. During this visit, we spend a few hours going through a 150+ point inspection of your roofing system, from inside of the space as well as from the outside of your property. We look for areas that may be beginning to fail, potential structural issues are gone over, algae development, and membrane pliability testing is performed.
For recommended maintenance or repairs under $500, you are covered as being an active member of the program. For recommendations over and above this amount, you are given a loyalty discount off of our current year-to-date pricing sheet, in the amount of 10%.
Just like your family vehicle requires changing the oil so you can get years of functional and dependable usage of out it, your roofing system requires maintenance, too. We feel the responsibility to you as our client to not act as a car salesman would, but as your lifetime trusted maintenance mechanic and friend. Once we being to maintain your system, we want to help you for life.
After our inspection is complete, you will receive a report of our findings which includes infrared drone reporting, thermal images, and any recommendations that we may have. It will outline exactly what we looked for and discovered, which will be accompanied by photographic evidence.
With the Loyalty of Toto, maintenance program, you are basically pre-paying & planning for 1 maintenance item or repair per year. When you pre-pay for 2, 3, 4, or 5 years of coverage - you not only save money for buying in bulk, but you protect yourself from inflation of labor/ material costs for years to come.
