PAYMENT OPTIONS

In order to hold your child's position in your selected class/es, the non-refundable and non-transferable Membership fee is payable upon completion of this form securely via credit card.

All Tuition and Showcase fees are payable in advance on a monthly, quarterly or half-yearly basis, via instalments by Payrix Direct Debit. If you do not currently have a Payrix account with Kreationz, a Direct Debit authorisation form is required to be completed once your enrolment is confirmed.

Payments can be deducted from either a financial institution or from a credit card. Please note that bank accounts attract a $0.94 fee. Credit cards attract a 2.12% plus $0.35 fee for Visa and Mastercard. A one off $2.20 data storage fee is charged for all new families.

MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT

The below credit card payment is for your Membership fee and any additional uniform items you have selected. Your Tuition and Showcase fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your account upon filling out the Payrix Direct Debit authorisation at the completion of this form.

NOTE: The first tuition instalment will be deducted on the 20th of January, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE YOUR ENROLMENT IS NOT CONSIDERED FINALISED UNTIL THE DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORISATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED. YOUR CLASSES WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT THIS AUTHORISATION.
