TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to attend a Kreationz Kidz Party, the Terms and Conditions below must be read, understood and agreed to.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
- During a Kreationz Kidz Party it is a requirement that at least one parent/guardian of the birthday child is present in the party area the whole time from the start of your hire period to the end. The party entertainer and venue is not responsible for the guests or party child.
- The Hirer is responsible for all replacement and repair costs for any damages to fixtures, equipment and/or property that is caused by the hirer or guests during the party.
- Please provide Kreationz with any medical information and dietary requirements regarding a party guest or the birthday child prior to your party.
- During venue parties, street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor. This applies to both adults and children.
- The children play physical and active games. No liability can be taken for loss or damage of property, or any physical injury caused whilst at a Kreationz Kidz Party.
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure party date and time.
- If you choose you may also pay the full amount of the party on the booking date, or the outstanding balance is due seven days prior to the party.
- Your party guest numbers are to be confirmed seven days prior to your party, for purchasing and organising prizes, catering, decorations, and gifts.
- If additional guests turn up on the day, they will be charged at the standard per head rate.
- Siblings of party guests who participate in the party activities will be considered a guest and will be charged at the standard per head rate.
- Kreationz cannot offer a refund for guests who do not turn up.
- Strictly NO GLASSWARE OR GLASS BOTTLES are to be brought to the venue.
- Strictly NO ALCOHOL is to be brought to the venue and/or be consumed on site.
- A $60 surcharge per 30 minutes or part thereof, applies for additional time spent in the venue outside your allocated timeslot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation fees and for your convenience.
- We are happy to reschedule for a later date to avoid a cancellation fee. Please note that a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply if notice is given less than 48 hours before your scheduled party.
CANCELLATION FEE
- More than two weeks from your party booking - deposit refunded less a 10% cancellation fee.
- Less than two weeks from your party booking - deposit refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than seven days prior to your party booking - deposit is forfeited.
- Less than 72 hours before your scheduled party - full amount is forfeited.
FIRST AID AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY RELEASE
In conjunction with government health policies, Kreationz Dance are not legally able to administer first aid without a participants consent.
In the event of an injury or accident, you agree to give permission to Kreationz Dance, its owners, operators, and teachers to seek medical treatment, including ambulance, for yourself, your child/ren, and/or other participants, if consent is unable to be given by next of kin.
CONSENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree that any activities in which you, your child/ren, and/or your party guests participate in are entirely at your/their own risk.
You agree to release and hold harmless Kreationz Dance, its owners, operators, contractors and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, intolerance to food, allergic reaction, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by participants and/or the undersigned including property, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Kreationz Dance, its owners, operators and teachers or en route to or from any of said premises.
Kreationz catering options are delivered by external food providers. Kreationz does not prepare any food on site and holds no liability for illness or injury caused by the ingestion of food or beverages by participants.
