Welcome to Unity in the Park - A day of music, connection, and PLUR vibes (Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect) all around!! This event is all about celebrating local talent, small businesses, and the magic that happens when our community comes together.

We’d love for you to join us at Unity Park for a full day (2–8 PM) of live bands, DJs, and good energy flowing from start to finish. Think dancing in the grass, delicious bites, and unique vendor booths just like yours!

A vendor fee of $40 is required to participate. Your spot will be confirmed only after payment is received in full. We do not hold spaces or accept partial payments. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; fees are due only once your spot has been confirmed.

Get ready to bring your craft, creativity, and community spirit to Unity in the Park! This is a one-day celebration of Peace, Love, Unity & Respect featuring live music, art, and local vibes right in the heart of Ellensburg! 🌈🎶

1. Booth Setup and Space

Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We’re looking for vendors with a 10x10 space or smaller. If your setup is a little different, please reach out and we might be able to make it work!

To keep the flow and energy balanced, all vendor spots will be placed around the park with equal visibility so everyone can shine. ✨

2. Licensing and Safety Compliance

Business License:

All vendors must hold a valid Washington State business license. Proof may be requested upon acceptance.

Canopy Requirements:

All canopies must comply with local fire code regulations and be made of fire-resistant material.
Canopies must be properly secured and weighted using heavy-duty methods like cinder blocks or sandbags. No lightweight stakes or unsecured tents allowed.
Be prepared for those famous Ellensburg winds. Unsecured canopies are a safety risk and may be removed by event staff if deemed unsafe.

3. Liability – Safety First

Krewphoria Events, UNDERGROUND AuDIO, and the City of Ellensburg are not liable for any accidents, damages, or incidents during the event. Vendors are fully responsible for the safety and condition of their products, displays, and interactions with the public.

4. Event Setup and Breakdown

Vendor Load-In: Begins at 12:00 PM on Sunday, September 21st
Load-In Location: Access the event area via the alley behind Unity Park for unloading and setup
Event Hours: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (9:00 PM TBD)
Breakdown: Begins promptly at 8:00 PM (or 9:00 PM TBD)
Cleanup: All vendors are responsible for their own trash and must clean up their booth area before leaving the premises. Please leave your space as you found it.

5. Registration Fee and Payment

A non-refundable vendor fee of $40 is required to reserve your spot. Your space is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance. We accept Venmo, cash, or check payments. Please do not send payment until you have been officially confirmed.

6. Rights and Responsibilities

Vendor participation is voluntary. Vendors keep full ownership of their products and profits. You are also welcome and encouraged to use the Unity in the Park name and promo materials to hype up your booth and spread those PLUR vibes.

7. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance with all the extra event-day details and setup instructions. Spots are limited so apply early to lock in your place.
