  • We are here to help make your next event go smoothly. To schedule rooms, facilities, and audio visual services and assistance, please complete this form following the directions listed and then select submit. You will receive an automatic email from (noreply@jotform.com) with a record of your request. When your requested event is scheduled on the Planning Center calendar, you will receive a confirmation email from Beverly Heath confirming your reservation.  IMPORTANT NOTE: Because a security officer is required to be on premises whenever the building is in use, any start and end times outside the stated church hours (see below) require prior approval from our Director of Facilities, Nelson Farr, nfarr@firstpresatl.org.

    Church hours are as follows:

    Monday through Friday:  7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    Saturday:  9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  

    Sunday:  7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    GUIDELINES:  Please review below before submitting a request.

    Sunday Events:  Communications requests are consolidated for kit prep at noon on the Wednesday before a Sunday event. Please request before then.

    Non-Sunday Events: are due to us at least 7 days before your event, if possible.

    Late Requests (i.e., submitted with less than 7 days notice or afternoon on the Wednesday before a Sunday event):  Communications will contact you following your submission to confirm event details and available options.

  • Audio/Visual Equipment:   

    Please select the equipment needed according to the location of your event and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.  Equipment listed is what is readily available for each location.

  • Note:

    Based on a limited inventory, availability of resources is not always guaranteed and is secured on a first come, first serve basis. Early submissions are recommended. If an outside rental is required, a fee may be assessed.  Communications will explore all possible options to ensure your event request is fulfilled.

    Please note that Childcare is only provided for events sponsored by FPC Staff and Members only!


    If you are having an event, Bible study, small group, etc. and would like to have childcare as an option, we request that you fill out a nursery request form. Please fill out this form at least two weeks in advance. This form will help us keep track of requests and schedule for the childcare providers.


    Please note that childcare for Sunday, holiday worship, OnRamp, and funerals is always covered by the nursery budget. For all other events, the department requesting childcare is responsible for covering the cost of the childcare workers. Childcare workers are paid on an hourly rate and guaranteed at least 4 hours of work. For reasons of safety and liability, a minimum of two caregivers must be present. Unless requested otherwise, drop-off will begin 15 minutes prior to the event, and children must be signed out within 20 minutes of the end of the event.


    Childcare can only be provided with two-weeks advance notice.

    Childcare will be provided based upon the availability of staffing resources and is not always guaranteed.  A Two-week advance notification is required as we work to meet your childcare needs.
