Thank you for your interest in the Resource Council of WNY Holiday Toy initiative in partnership with the WNY Holiday Partnership and Toys for Tots.

Toys are available for children 12 and younger. However, we will do what we can to best accommodate your child(ren) between the age of 13 - 17.

Please note that returning this application does not guarantee assistance. Only one application can be submitted per family. Applications will be checked for duplication with other organizations offering holiday assistance.

Please submit your all of your required supporting documentation immediately no later than Wednesday, December 16th, 2026.

Your online application will be on file at the Resource Council of WNY. You MUST turn in your required supporting documentation to the Resource Council of WNY no later than Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 to be accepted into the program. The Resource Council of WNY is located at 347 East Ferry Street (the former Humboldt YMCA) and office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. For questions or additional information, call our offices at 716-783-8259 during normal business hours.
Also, for your convenience, you can take a picture and TEXT your required supporting documentation to our dedicated Text Line at 716-404-9675.

As a reminder, families will need the following documentation:
1. Social Security Numbers for all members of household.

2. Picture ID for person filling out the application

3. Proof of total income for the past 30 days

4. ID for all children for whom application is made.
Acceptable Documentation:
Benefit card, Driver's license, Student ID (ID)

Landlord statement, SSI letter, Grant letter (Address)

PA - award letter or current budget sheet. (Income)

UEB - unemployment book or recent check stub. (Income)

Working - pay stubs verifying last 30 days income. (Income)

SSI, SSD, Social Security, Compensation, NYS Disability - award letter, most recent stub (Income)
