By signing below, you are stating that you understand that litter tongs are the property of Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful (KT/LCB). Furthermore, you are agreeing to return litter tongs to KT/LCB at the end of the Toledo Litter League Season, no later than October 2025.
