I understand I am responsible for calling the Kul Wheels shop (804-205-3452) on Monday Aug 11th to see if my item(s) sold if I don't receive an email on Sunday August 10th after the event.

I understand that all items must be picked up no later than 1PM TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2025 or I forfeit ownership of the items and understand they may be donated or discarded. Forfeited items will not receive store credit or reimbursement of any kind. Store credit is good for one calendar year (August 15, 2025 - August 14, 2026).

I understand once this form is submitted, I may not change my disbursement method.
