Service Policies
CURRENT TURNAROUND 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS! Kul Wheels operates on a first come first serve basis for all repair work unless priority scheduling is noted. You will be contacted via email regarding any estimates and when your bike is ready for pick up. A phone call will additionally be made for pick ups.
Kul Wheels staff reserves the right to refuse service on any bicycle or bicycle component at their discretion.
Payment is due at time of pick-up.
Special order parts must be paid for in full before order is placed.
Bikes must be picked up within 7 days of service or diagnostic completion or will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee. Any bike that is left for more than 30 days after service or diagnostic completion is considered abandoned and becomes the property of Kul Wheels and will be donated or sold to cover the cost of repairs/parts.
Electronic repair and service on electric bicycles typically requires the manufacturer to ship parts to the shop and can take weeks. Kul Wheels has no control over shipping delays and/or failures in delivery.
Kul Wheels guarantees labor for 30 days after service is complete on electric bike brands that we carry and/or we are authorized as a service center. Kul Wheels does NOT guarantee service on any other brands including Walmart, Costco, Amazon or any other D2C online brands.
Bikes requiring service that takes more than 15 minutes, must be dropped off. Customers cannot wait in the shop for any service taking longer than 15 minutes.
When picking up a serviced bike, customer must fully check out/ride bike to confirm service is done as requested and sign form stating that work is satisfactory.
Tipping is never expected, but it is always appreciated!
